Fire & General Insurance Agents Ltd, for the renewal of Motor Vehicle Insurance Policy for
NaDMA’s Isuzu Flat Bed Truck registration number TAG 745. The Insurance policy expired on
December 26, 2023.
The new coverage will be for the period December 27, 2023, to December 27, 2024.
Kindly note that the Company has informed the Agency that there is a credit of $345.55 which
was applied to the premium and the current premium due is $3, 007.30. Please see the attached
billhead regarding same.
