The Community Emergency Shelter Enhancement Project focused on identifying, assessing, upgrading, and equipping designated emergency shelters across Grenada, Carriacou, and Petite Martinique. The project aimed to improve shelter safety, accessibility, and readiness during hurricanes, floods, and other natural hazards, while strengthening national disaster preparedness and response capacity.
